DEEP OIL REFINING
The strategic objective of the investment plan is to organize a modern technical base at the operating enterprise - for production of high-quality oil products, that meet international standards and petrochemical raw materials for development of national production. The cardinal solution of problems to increase the depth of oil processing at the Refinery is due to the introduction of the secondary processes, providing the additional depth of processing (coking, vacuum unit AVT-3), and also it is due to the introduction of the basic process of deep refining, such as catalytic cracking.
CSO-TICKETS AND OIL STOCKS
LLP Kumkol Trans Service engaged in trading physical oil stocks and CSO tickets. We carry out trade on behalf of, refineries, importers, and other economic operators that are active in the market for oil products and are subject to a stock obligation under the EU Directive, the Wva, or the IEA Convention.
TRADE IN BIO-FUELS
To meet the needs of a more advanced and rapidly changing market, IOT is constantly expanding its services. We are now also targeting various other illiquid commodity markets. The trade in bio-fuels and bio-fuel certificates are an example of this. We assist our national and international customers with the purchase of bio-diesel raw materials and bio-diesel products that comply with European standards.
PETROLEUM PRODUCTION
in order to build petrochemical complexes of the world level on deep processing of hydrocarbon raw material with the issue of export petrochemical products with high added value the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved the "Plan of measures for development of petrochemical complexes of the world level in Kazakhstan and creation the first petrochemical complex in Kazakhstan, in which the Ministry of energy and mineral resources of Kazakhstan.
